We are excited to advise that as part of our continuous effort to improve our guest experience and product, Hotel rooms on the 3rd floor of the Ocean Tower will undergo refurbishment from 19 April 2021 until 18 June 2021. Works will be undertaken during the hours of 8am and 4pm with some minor noise and disruption expected during these hours. All hotel services and facilities in both Mantra Twin Towns and Twin Towns Services Club will remain available at all times. We thank you for your patience and understanding while we undertake this exciting project.

In accordance with the NSW Public Health Order, from 11 October 2021, hotel teams will be required to confirm the vaccination status of guests. This will be done during the booking process and on check in.
