A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The credit card used to guarantee your booking must be presented when checking in or making payment at the resort. Please note that the name of the guest must be same of that on the credit card; otherwise, the card is not accepted.
