Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas.
It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes.
A damage deposit of HKD 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upon check-in, guest could provide credit card for authorization as security deposit. The hotel would hold the authorization until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution.

Medical surveillance arrangement
All guests are required to use the “LeaveHomeSafe” app to scan the venue QR code during the check-in process for verification purpose.
To minimise direct contact, service adjustments will be made accordingly:
For guests subject to medical surveillance: housekeeping service will be suspended throughout the medical surveillance period (3 days)
With such service adjustment, a fresh set of towels will be replaced upon request only.
