**Inclusive Of:** *Half board* - All accommodations throughout the trek - Breakfast throughout the trek - Tea/coffee three times a day - Welcome and farewell dinner in Kathmandu - Experienced and government licensed guide - Porters (one porter for every two trekkers) - Food, salary and insurance for guide and porters - First aid kit carried by Sherpa leader - All other necessary land transportation - All national park entrance fees, trekking permits and government taxes *Full board* - Everything included in Half Board - All meals throughout the trek (Breakfast, lunch, dinner) **Additional Information:** *General* - Level of difficulty: easy to medium - This trek can be enjoyed any time of the year. However, the recommended hiking season is between Mar-May and Sep-Nov where the weather is warm and skies are clear - Both English speaking and Chinese speaking guides are available. There will be an additional USD100 surcharge per trip for Chinese speaking guides. Please indicate during check out - Your safety is of paramount concern throughout the trek. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Every effort will be made to keep to the itinerary as stated; however, weather conditions, health conditions of a group member and any unexpected natural disasters can contribute to changes in the itinerary. In case of natural calamities i.e. political unrest, cancelation of flight due to weather, landslides, etc. any extra charges incurred due to it will shouldered by the traveler - Though not mandatory, travel and accident insurance is highly recommended *Meals* - Breakfast and dinner will be served at the teahouse while lunch will be served at one of the restaurants along the trek - Breakfast is included in both half board and full board options and typically consist of noodles, porridge, bread and eggs - If you have chosen the half board option, you will have the flexibility of choosing your own lunch and dinner that will suit your taste and budget. Alternatively, you may pack your own food (e.g. cup noodles) - If you have chosen the full board option, meals provided are typically dahl curry and vegetables - Boiled water is provided at teahouses. Soft drinks, snacks and beer are available at the teahouse and restaurants at additional cost - If you have any dietary requirements, please indicate them during check out *Accommodation* - You will stay in teahouse lodges throughout the trek - Private rooms are available at lower altitudes. At higher altitudes, the rooms are dormitory style - Toilets are shared, blankets are provided and running water is available - Majority of teahouses have cold showers, some provide hot water at additional cost - Some teahouses have electricity where you can charge your appliances (mobile phones and cameras) at an additional cost *What to Bring* - Pack lightly; the porter can carry up to a maximum of 25kg (shared between two trekkers). The porter will carry your belongings in a duffel.
